Sandra (right) told us how much their lives have changed since her children and later herself joined the program. For a time her husband was unable to find work. They were so poor her young children went to the bakery to ask for broken bread so they could eat. Her children now receive two meals a day at the project, her husband has since found a new job and with the help of the money she makes from Creamos, she is now able to give rice and beans to her neighbours and people in the community, who are starving as they once were.
