Sarah McLay is a photographer and mixed media artist originally from New Zealand and  has been living in Melbourne for the past 6 years.

After taking some time out to travel after art school Sarah eventually landed in Melbourne, where she is raising a family and exploring her creativity.

This series “Never Not Alone” was created as a response to the fake ghost/spirit photos sometimes seen on the internet.

Rather than creating her own Hoax Photos, Sarah captured images which she felt were truly spiritual – a celebration of magic or spiritual micro-moments which are invisible to the naked eye.

Sarah combines a slow shutter speed and small aperture to capture her photographic images.
