introducing isabelle hope grahm

Today we are very excited to open an online exhibition by our first international artist, Isabelle Hope Grahm.

Isabelle hails from California in the United States.

The imagery reflected in Isabelle’s paintings represent her translation of the flow of life and the shapes that emerge from those flows.  Isabelle’s varied use of line, color and form give unique voice to her views spanning from the Macrocosm to the Microcosm.

Isabelle’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Ambient Outreach’.

Isabelle’s online exhibition and biography can be found on the NOW SHOWING tab above, or by clicking here.

introducing zoe elms

Today we open an online exhibition by an extremely talented painter, Zoe Elms.

I was fortunate enough to ‘bump’ into Zoe’s work recently whilst walking around the Yarraville Festival.  A born abstract thinker, Zoe is inspired by life’s everyday candid moments and the pursuit of following one’s imagination. Overall her passion lies in bringing to life that what we feel but cannot usually see, energy.

Subject matter and motion play a huge role in Zoe’s work. Her paintings are vivid and expressionistic and often depict the beauty, sadness, power or essence of the simple things in life.

Zoe’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Chance’.

Zoe’s online exhibition and biography can be found on the NOW SHOWING tab above, or by clicking here.

introducing karin zeller

We are proud to open a new Online Exhibition today by artist Karin Zeller.  Born in Germany, Canadian by nationality, and now residing in Melbourne, Karin Zeller has worked as a professional artist since 1990, when she started Personal Touch Portraits, which resulted in hundreds of portrait commissions over a 5 year period.

Karin’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Fanciful Felines’.

“For this exhibition, I’ve chosen to feature some of my cat creations. My love of abstract was born about 20 years ago, when I created my first tiger abstract. I’ve always loved cats, but never liked painting them until I stumbled upon Laurel Burch’s colourful cats.  Other influences who have inspired my colourful abstract style are Picasso and Paul Klee.” – Karin Zeller

Karin’s online exhibition and biography can be found on the NOW SHOWING tab above, or by clicking here.

another couple of steps

Maybe I was in corporate for too long, or maybe I just like being thorough.  Or perhaps I’m a little over-excited as we get closer to opening the gallery.  Either way, I have been conducting more rigorous UAT (that’s User Acceptance Testing) of the hanging system and of the paintings that will hang from them.

Results thus far are very positive.

All works in these photos are my own, and will only adorn the gallery hanging rails if there is spare space; or if I get desperate for an income.

introducing kylie mouat and opposites attract

We are thrilled to open a new Online Exhibition today by artist, Kylie Mouat.  Born in New Zealand and now residing in Melbourne, Kylie is a very strong, passionate and eclectic artist who has lived all over the world.  She has a background in both visual and performing arts and her artistic pursuits have many common threads.

Kylie’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Opposites Attract’.

Kylie’s online exhibition and biography can be found on the NOW SHOWING tab above, or by clicking here.
