introducing matthew bright

Today we are very excited to open something new; something that you may have not seen before!  Today we open an online exhibition by physicist and aspiring artist, Matthew Bright.

Matthew’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Evolution of Shape’.

Matthew’s aim in the ‘Evolution of Shape’ is to elaborate on the fundamental geometry that has alluded and guided the big thinkers over the past three millennia to stand where they do and to bring together an image of the mechanisms of the universe, including sub-atomic particles, electromagnetism, radiation, gravity and light which persist contiguously and turbulently through an infinity of space.

Matthew online exhibition and biography can be found on the CURRENT EXHIBITIONS tab above, or by clicking here.

Please drop by to say hi and so that we can both put some faces to names!

For those of you that may not be able to make it, here are some super sneaky pics that I took earlier today whilst curating my first exhibition.

introducing georgia laughton

Today we are very excited to open the first online exhibition by photographer, artist and all-round good person, Georgia Laughton.

Georgia’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Snooze York’.

This collection of shots were taken on one of Georgia’s adventures away… heading to explore one of the most over-photographed cities in the world! Exploring the city and shooting at night, it was discovered that for a city that supposedly never sleeps, there is certainly much snoozing happening!

Georgia’s online exhibition and biography can be found on the NOW SHOWING tab above, or by clicking here.

introducing isabelle hope grahm

Today we are very excited to open an online exhibition by our first international artist, Isabelle Hope Grahm.

Isabelle hails from California in the United States.

The imagery reflected in Isabelle’s paintings represent her translation of the flow of life and the shapes that emerge from those flows.  Isabelle’s varied use of line, color and form give unique voice to her views spanning from the Macrocosm to the Microcosm.

Isabelle’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Ambient Outreach’.

Isabelle’s online exhibition and biography can be found on the NOW SHOWING tab above, or by clicking here.

introducing zoe elms

Today we open an online exhibition by an extremely talented painter, Zoe Elms.

I was fortunate enough to ‘bump’ into Zoe’s work recently whilst walking around the Yarraville Festival.  A born abstract thinker, Zoe is inspired by life’s everyday candid moments and the pursuit of following one’s imagination. Overall her passion lies in bringing to life that what we feel but cannot usually see, energy.

Subject matter and motion play a huge role in Zoe’s work. Her paintings are vivid and expressionistic and often depict the beauty, sadness, power or essence of the simple things in life.

Zoe’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Chance’.

Zoe’s online exhibition and biography can be found on the NOW SHOWING tab above, or by clicking here.

introducing arnaldo ilagan

We are very excited to open the first of three online exhibitions by aspiring photographic artist, Arnaldo Ilagan.

Whilst Arnaldo has been working as a Software Engineer for the past 15 years, he has always been very interested in the arts – specifically painting, drawing, and photography.  Arnaldo originally got into photography as he wanted to take pictures of his children whilst they were growing up.

With the aim of improving his photography and taking his passion to the next level, he enrolled in the Photography Studies College. He is currently doing his final year of part time study of Advanced Diploma of Photography majoring in Commercial Photography.

Arnaldo’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Still Waters’.

introducing aggie koczwara

Today we introduce you to an aspiring photographic artist named Aggie Koczwara.

During the past few years, Aggie’s particular interest has been in macro photography, focusing on the finer details, the textures, and the tiny wondrous idiosyncrasies that the human eye often misses. She has also found inspiration in the work of Cindy Sherman and has developed her own style of emotive photography.

Aggie’s first exhibition with one hundredth gallery is titled ‘Unstructured Idea’.

Aggie’s online exhibition and biography can be found on the NOW SHOWING tab above, or by clicking here.
